JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent concerned to issue the Genealogy cum Family Membership certificate to the petitioner whereby and whereunder petitioner has been resided in village -Rampatti, Raj Rajo Panchayat ,Singhwara, DistrictDarbhanga and ancestor of the petitioner had resided in the aforesaid Panchayat since long time and ancestral property has been also situated in the same Panchayat. The petitioner has to get Genealogy cum Family

Patna High Court CWJC No.13041 of 2023(5) dt.16-07-2024 2/2 Member Certificate for filing of Partition Suit but due to absent of the aforesaid certificate petitioner can not be filed for Partition suit before the Learned Court below so, petitioner is need to take Genealogy cum Family membership certificate but respondent concerned did not provide aforesaid certificate to the petitioner till today which is against the eye of law."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Laheriyasarai, Darbhanga for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
