The petitioner seeks bail in connection with East Colony P.S. Case No.31 of 2014 registered under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26(1)(2) and 35 of the Arms Act.

This is the third attempt by the petitioner. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was initially rejected vide order dated 1.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.42271 of 2014. Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 1.12.2014, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
