JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-08-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 09.09.2015 passed in CWJC No. 7120 of 2015, disobedience whereof, has been complained of, has already been set aside by the learned Division Bench by a judgment dated 04.04.2018 passed in L.P.A. No. 268 of 2016, hence the present contempt petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid, the present contempt petition is dismissed.
