17-09-2015 Sri Prabhu Nath Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned State counsel, submits that the writ petition has become infructuous, due to the reason that the relief, which has been sought for in the writ petition, has already been granted to the petitioner, in view of State Government Resolution, contained in Memo No. 3A-1-19/2013-3111 dated 25-03-2015.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as same has become infructuous.
