The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non implementation of the decision of the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority and the same was approved by the State Appellate Authority in Appeal No. 70 of 2018.

The issue was decided by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Vaishali, which was approved by the State Appellate Authority, is required to be implemented

Patna High Court CWJC No.17894 of 2019(3) dt.03-09-2019 2/2 by the respondents at the earliest.

Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure the compliance of the direction issued by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Vaishali, which was approved by the State Appellate Authority in Appeal No. 70 of 2018 and grant all consequential benefits to the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application is allowed and disposed of.
