The petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2014 in connection with case no. Simri P.S. Case no. 228/2014 corresponding to POSCO Case No. 14/15 registered for the offences under Section 365, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the case of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 10.04.2015.

Considering the period of custody and that the victim in her statement has submitted that she was taken by the said Manish Kumar to Itahi in Buxar where she was kept confined in the house of another old woman and that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on execution of
