2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at the present stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the reliefs as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 11.02.2016 (Annexure-3) before the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali (Respondent No. 2) which continues to

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction could be issued to the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali (Respondent No. 2) to dispose of her representation on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

4. To this prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the Respondent-State does not have any objection.

5. Considering the formal nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is being disposed of directing the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali (Respondent No. 2) to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 11.02.2016 (Annexure-3) on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

6. The entire exercise must be concluded within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner.
