2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gardanibag P.S. Case No. 78 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, It is alleged that the co-accused, namely Ajit Kumar has taken the deceased with him and at 12:15 P.M., the petitioner brought the dead body of the deceased on Auto. During investigation, it has come that the deceased was a drug addict and in course of taking drug, he died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 30.01.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Session Judge-XXXIII, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Gardanibag P.S. Case No. 78 of 2023.
