Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons on the point of pistol snatched the motor cycle, mobile and cash from the informant.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. Specific allegation of pointing out pistol is against co-accused, Manohar Kumar and allegation against the petitioner is only to the effect that he was accompanying the accused persons at the time of commission of the offence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Akilpur Police Station Case No. 30/2019, GR No. 4189 of 2019.
