Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 26.03.2014 passed in M.J.C. No. 6561 of 2012 arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 18368 of 2012 has now been complied with and accordingly, he does not desire to press the application. In view of the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off.

Re. Interlocutory Application No. 4434 of 2015 Interlocutory Application No. 4434 of 2015 has been filed on behalf of Intervener applicant Rina Kumari, who was one of the writ petitioners of C.W.J.C.18368 of 2012 as well as of M.J.C. No. 6561 of 2012 in which the stand has been taken that the present contempt application itself is not maintainable as the petitioner of M.J.C. No. 1906 of 2014 was neither party in the original writ nor M.J.C. No. 6561 of 2012 and the same has been filed with mala fide intention to derive undue benefit. Be that as it may, since this Court has not passed any order in the present proceeding and now the same has been
