The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.21 of 2018 registered under Sections 323, 498A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the nature of allegation as also the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 13.6.2019, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.21 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55488 of 2019(4) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 (a) that the petitioner shall attend court in accordance with the conditions of the bond executed, and (b) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
