JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner is accused in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 485 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that one country made loaded pistol is said to be recovered from the possession of this petitioner by the Police.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that while petitioner is accused in 9 other cases, as detailed in paragraph no.3 of the bail petition, but in all cases, he is on bail and in the present case, petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2014. It is also submitted that similarly situated co-accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56415 of 2015 (2) dt.13-01-2016 2/2 Karan Kumar Sonkhar @ Karan Kumar has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 13834 of 2015 on 30.06.2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 485 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
