JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-09-2016 Heard Sri N.K.Agrawal, learned Senior Counsel, who was assisted by Sri Vijay Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. It was strenuously argued that without any material order of cognizance was passed. However, after noticing the view of the Court regarding its non-inclination to interfere with the order of cognizance, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition, so that the petitioner may raise all the points, which have been raised in the present petition, before the court below at the appropriate stage. The prayer is allowed.
The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as indicated above.
