The petitioner seeks bail in Rajpur P.S. Case No. 250 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 411, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the FIR, three persons were chased by the local people while committing loot and were arrested by the police who disclosed the name of petitioner as one of their associates. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. Nothing has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2020. Investigation is complete. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on
