The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Submission is that recovery of liquor is alleged from some other co-accused and only allegation against the petitioner is that he is associate of those accused in their business of liquor. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the lack of sufficient material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees
