The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 117 of 2014 registered under Sections 419, 420, 363 and 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been contended that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they have been implicated in the present case without there being any cogent material against them.
