JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 14-08-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that payments have been made to the petitioner in terms of the letter reference no. 7705 dated 12.12.2015 issued under the signature of the Secretary and the Accounts Officer of the Bihar State Housing Board and a copy of which has been produced by Mr. Anshuman Singh learned counsel representing the Bihar State Housing Board in this Court.
It is, however, submitted that the letter does not show payment of compensation amount. Mr. Anshuman Singh submits that the amount of Rs. 5000/- might have been included in the amount paid to the petitioner, but in case such amount has not been paid, the Board shall comply with that part of the
Patna High Court MJC No.1561 of 2016(2) dt.14-08-2018 2/2 direction within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
