Patna High Court MJC No.1560 of 2016 (2) dt.16-08-2017 Code.

The allegations made in the written report submitted by one Raushan Khatoon on the basis of which the FIR has been instituted clearly attract the ingredients of the offence punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

In that view of the matter, I see no merit in this application. Accordingly, the writ petition, being devoid of any merit, is dismissed.
