2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- " (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding upon the Respondents to make enquiry regarding wrong mutation done by the Anchal Office, Nabiganj, Siwan with
Patna High Court CWJC No.14351 of 2025(3) dt.11-09-2025 2/2 connivance of employee of Anchal Office.
(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding upon the Respondents to cancel the Jamabandi of Respondent No.7 after proper inquiry to the competent authority with regard to Khata No.205, Khesra No.769 Area 5.581 decimal. (iii) To grant of any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioners are entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."
3. After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise his grievances before the proper forum and appropriate authorities.
4. Having considered the aforesaid submission and prayer, the instant writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with giving the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner. (Shailendra Singh, J) maynaz/- U
