The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Sahpur P.S. Case No. 322 of 2018 registered under Sections 323 and 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the allegation that the petitioners opened fire causing injury to Archana Devi and Krishnakant Pandey, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the
