2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 64 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 34.140 liters illicit liquor has been recovered from the car bearing Reg. No. WB06-B-9327.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to local village politics. Further submission is that petitioner is neither the owner nor the driver of the seized car, from which the alleged recovery has been made. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No. 1, Purnea in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 64 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
