Patna High Court MJC No.5010 of 2018(4) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 the matter was sent to the Lok Adalat on 14.05.2022 but due to the non-cooperation on behalf of the petitioner's Counsel, it returned to the bench.

The said action of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is deprecated.
