Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

In the nature of prayer made in the restoration application, the Court is not inclined to restore the Cr. Misc No. 52224 of 2024 for the reason that the Court is taking a consistent view of not modifying the order by which petitioner was granted anticipatory bail, in the event, if the same was obtained by concealing the criminal antecedent of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the instant restoration application is dismissed.
