This is repeat petition seeking anticipatory bail in Complaint Case No. 680 of 2014 registered under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of N.I. Act. Considering the allegations and the materials on record, the prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected on 18.8.2015 vide Annexure-1. Within four months, the petitioner had again moved this Court for bail.

Considering the allegations and the aforesaid fact, I am not persuaded to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56837 of 2015 (3) dt.19-01-2016 2/2 Prayer is rejected.
