No. 13427 of 2011 by recall of order dated 09.12.2015 whereby the application was dismissed for want of prosecution. Counsel for the petitioner, with reference to the statements made in the application, explained the circumstances under which he could not appear on call.

Considering the statements made in the application and the submissions made in support thereof, the application is allowed. The order dated 09.12.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13427 of 2011 is restored to its original file and number subject to deposit of a sum of Rs. 300/- in the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee and filing receipt thereof within 10 days.
