The petitioner seeks bail in Kishanpur P.S. Case No.130 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 341, 504, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A and 26 of the Arms Act.

As per FIR the petitioner and others have gone to the place of occurrence and resorted indiscriminate firing. On chase the petitioner was caught along with fire arms and motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the nature of injuries sustained and the allegation does not corroborate to each other but the fact remains that petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56502 of 2015 (4) dt.05-02-2016 was arrested along with fire arms and motorcycle. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year in jail custody.
