Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
