The petitioner being the brother's wife of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after five years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is separate from the husband of the victim since long. The accusation is specific only against the husband of the victim. Though omnibus and general accusation has been levelled against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55830 of 2015 (2) dt.09-12-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Shri S.K. Choudhary, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
