The petitioner in this case is seeking bail in connection with S.C. No. 85 of 2015 arising out of Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014 for offence under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on it was substituted to Section 364/304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that two witnesses have already been examined on the side of the prosecution. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Vikash Yadav is rejected with a direction to the court below to complete the trial within a period of nine months from
