The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No.81 of 2017 registered under Sections 307, 323, 324, 341, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is case and counter case and the informant sustained simple injury, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief
