2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 296 of 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with the co-accused Prem Sahni. It is further alleged that the petitioner along with other co-accused has committed the murder of informant's daughter.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and has

Petitioner is the co-villager of the husband of the deceased and he has no concern either with the family members of the deceased or with her husband. There is no specific overt act alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 06.06.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case as also the fact that there is no specific overt alleged against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Muzaffarpur (West) in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 296 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
