2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 118 (1) , 109 and 3(5) and 3(5) of BNS and 27 of Arms Act.
3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that on 26.05.2025 , F.I.R. named accused persons and two unknown persons came at the house of informant in the night and asked about this informant from his brother and thereafter, one of coaccused fired on brother of informant and when informant came there , accused persons fled away from the spot and accordingly the present F.I.R. was lodged.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that specific
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59274 of 2025(2) dt.01-09-2025 2/2 accusation of causing firearm injury is against other co-accused persons and so far as, this petitioner is concerned, he is only alleged to be member of mob. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today , let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Siwan in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 119 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 . (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
