The petitioner being the mother-in-law of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the daughter of the informant committed suicide after 10 years of marriage. It is alleged by the informant that the victim used to have some hot exchange with the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is based only on suspicion. Moreover, even assuming the accusation, no offence under Section 306 is made out against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55804 of 2015 (2) dt.09-12-2015 named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Shekhopur P.S.
