Counsel for the respondents has rightly pointed out on going through the pleadings in the writ petition that the writ petition raises a dispute between the two members of the family. The writ petition asserts that there was partition in the family and properties were separated. He prays for appropriate order commanding the respondents to provide safety to maintain his title/possession over the landed properties.
