JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioners were remanded in this case on 08.02.2016 on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused and it appears from the impugned order that except the confessional statement of co-accused as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioners, there is nothing against them. Moreover, petitioners have not been put on Test Identification Parade as yet.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
