By order dated 18.10.2017 the petitioner was directed to surrender within four weeks. However, due to the illness of the father of the petitioner, the petitioner could not surrender within the time granted by this Court.

Considering the facts mentioned in para-3 of the application that the father of the petitioner was suffering from heart ailments and has undergone treatment and as such he could not surrender within the time granted by this Court by order dated 18.10.2017, time is extended till 20th of January, 2018 to surrender failing which the order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner shall be treated as recalled.
