Case No. 595 of 2014, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 720 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.
Allegation as per FIR is of recovery of arms and ammunitions from the co-accused, who disclosed the name of the petitioner and petitioner is accused in five other cases, including cases under Section 395 IPC.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except disclosure made by co-accused there is absolutely nothing against the petitioner.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7900 of 2019(5) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 circumstances and also criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of the materials available on the record, without being prejudiced by this order. With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
