2. Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 4 herein to open the financial bids in the presence of all the parties and allot the same to the lowest bidder as per the terms
Patna High Court CWJC No.13834 of 2025(6) dt.25-06-2026 2/2 and conditions of the NIT. The authority shall do the needful within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
