JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case initially, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Sections 395, 216 of the Indian Penal Code were also added.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that except his confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against him. Petitioner is in jail custody since 05.12.2015 and the investigation against him has already been completed but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14708 of 2016 (2) dt.08-04-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 627 of 2015.
