It appears that under SGRY Scheme, the petitioner lifted 381.15 quintals of rice in total on different dates between 15.02.2003 to 27.05.2006. The Block Development Officer, Bidhan, Samastipur asked him to produce the details of distribution as well as the concerned stock register within a period of three days. The petitioner instead of filing his reply, he has moved this Court.
In my view, the petitioner should first file his reply before the Block Development Officer, Bidhan within a period of six weeks from today. Thereafter the Block Development Officer, Bidhan would proceed to dispose of the matter in accordance with law within a
Patna High Court CWJC No.13186 of 2013 dt.28-08-2015 2 / 2 further period of two weeks.
