JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application to surrender and seek regular bail before the court below as one of the co-accused, Bhim Kumar Ram, who is the son of the petitioner, has already been enlarged on regular bail.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner. However, if the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail within a period of four weeks then let the matter of bail be considered and disposed of on its own merit preferably on the same day.
