JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2018 The petitioners seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Bihia (Behea) P.S. Case No. 95 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. In the facts and circumstances of the present case and upon undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioners, it is directed that in case the husband of the victim girl, namely, Hira Lal Gond surrenders before the concerned court within a period of two weeks from today, the petitioners herein, who are said to be in-laws of the victim girl, shall be granted regular bail upon surrendering before the concerned court on the same day, subject to the condition as may be imposed by the said court.
