The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case filed under Sections 447, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that the occurrence took place in view of the fact that informant's side was objecting the agricultural field being grazed by cattle belonging to the petitioner's side. It is further contended that there is allegation upon the petitioner of assaulting by iron rod causing injury but there is no allegation of repetition and it does not appear from the F.I.R. that somebody else has also assaulted the informant, however, there are two injuries caused by hard and blunt substance

Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today in Forbesganj P.S. Case No.549/15, the above named petitioner, Kailu Mandal @ Upendra Mandal shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Araria subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
