2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Excise Case No. 176/2019 lodged on 11.11.2019, under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Earlier his prayer was by this Court rejected vide order dated 17.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67208 of 2023 with liberty to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail six months after framing of charge.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has already been framed in this case on 21.02.2024 and six months has already been lapsed.
4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer

5. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named be granted bail on being satisfied by the Trial Court that the petitioner is not absconding in any of the cases mentioned below and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise) Court No. -II, Muzaffarpur in connection with Excise Case No. 176/2019 subject to the condition laid down under Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C.
