2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 152 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 308(4), 351(2) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 66 E of the I.T. Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of demanding extortion by threatening to kill the son of the deceased. The petitioner is accused in eight similar and serious cases.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2025.

5. Considering the criminal antecedent and the fact that the petitioner is involved in demand of extortion, this application is dismissed.
