2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 14.10.2024 at about 9:20 PM three masked unknown persons came on bike and had beaten three boys working at the Flipkart (Instakart Services Pvt. Ltd.) hub at gun point and looted cash worth Rs.1,23,612 and two mobile phones.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R and his name has surfaced during investigation on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J XII in connection with Gopalganj P. S. Case No. 45 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
