Advocate General, submits that the grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed. He submits that the order under challenge i.e. Annexure-3 to the writ petition has subsequently been cancelled by Annexure-C to the counter affidavit.

Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this writ petition. The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
