JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-09-2015 In view of the facts disclosed in Annexure-C to the counter affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to the Principal Addl. Advocate General, submits that the grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed. He submits that the order under challenge i.e. Annexure-3 to the writ petition has subsequently been cancelled by Annexure-C to the counter affidavit.
Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this writ petition. The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
