JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-07-2018 Present writ application has been filed in the year 2015 for commanding the respondent authorities for expeditious and proper investigation in Complaint Case No. 60 of 2015 which is pending in the Court of Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur and/or any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled in course of hearing of this writ petition.
This Court has published notice in the daily cause list requesting the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State to come prepared in the old cases with information as to the present position of investigation and proceeding before the court below.
