ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and also learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 385, 354B, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner in the instant case, it appears that there is no cogent evidence against the petitioner that he has outraged the modesty of the informant, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI,
