ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. In the present application, Petitioner No.3 Arun Kumar Singh seeks modification of the order dated 11.08.2017 passed in Cr.Misc. No.35610 of 2017.
For the reasons stated in the modification petition, let the time fixed in the order dated 11.08.2017 passed in Cr.Misc. No.35610 of 2017,in so far as it relates to Petitioner No.3, namely, Arun Kumar Singh, be extended by four weeks from today. It is made clear that the if the extended period for surrender is not complied with by the petitioner no.3, Arun Kumar
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61089 of 2017 (2) dt.03-01-2018 2/2 Singh, the order extending the anticipatory bail in his favour shall automatically stand revoked.
The modification application stands disposed of accordingly.
